- R&D Staff
Currently we have 15 working staff in R&D department for new products invention. The new projects gernerally are divided into 3 groups (Outlook, structure and function) to be finished after it is approved on the meeting against the information collected from the markets. A prototype needed to be produced for testing, and then we will have a sample if the testing result of the prototype is acceptable. And before we make the small batch of mass producttion test on line we have to do various test to the sample for the acceptable testing figures.
